About Movement Synergy
Movement Synergy takes a whole-body, whole-person approach to movement. Rather than separating flexibility, strength, mobility, recovery, and performance into different systems, we integrate them together to help clients develop usable strength, joint health, coordination, stability, and body awareness all at once. Our multidisciplinary foundation draws from swimming, athletic coaching, mobility systems, yoga, functional training, and creative movement practices, allowing us to bridge the gap between rehabilitation, fitness, athletic performance, and mindful movement.
